Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) is one of the pioneer Universities in the State, if not in the Country, with a well-developed Information Technology wing since 2003. This closely follows the footsteps of the Kerala State, which has emerged as the Country's first 'Digital State' by launching the Akshaya Project and IT@School programme in 2002.
